New Park Models For Sale
The more permanent structures you see around South Forty are “park models.” These homes are 399 square feet or less and are considered recreational vehicles when it comes to county taxes. 🙂 They have one bedroom, one bath, a living area and a kitchen and come in a variety of floor plans.
On occasion, South Forty RV Ranch brings in a new park model to add to our neighborhood, placing them for sale to prospective residents who have passed a background check. Those listed below are currently available, and the prices listed include the structure, all appliances (including air conditioner), skirting and a carport. They DO NOT include the annual rent on the site, however, which currently runs $5,584 and includes sewer and water. Purchasers are responsible for electricity each month, too.

New Park Models For Rent
We have one new park model that is available for long-term rent, with seasonal rates. It is fully furnished and all utilities including water, electricity, cable and internet, are included in the monthly rental total. During our Peak Season, from October 1st through April 30th, Site 183 can be rented on a monthly basis for $2,295. Off-Peak Season, from May 1st to September 30th, the rent is $1,795 per month.
