Rent a park model: these permanent homes are 399 square feet, with a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bath with shower.  Just unpack your suitcase and settle into your vacation rental!

Each casita comes fully furnished with bed and bath linens, dinnerware, television, internet access and heat/air conditioning.  All utilities, such as electricity, water, sewer and trash are included in the monthly rent.

Guests can enjoy all resort amenities, including hot tub and pool, pickleball and petanque courts, library, puzzle and billiards rooms, along with mail forwarding service.  Participate in seasonal planned activities on-site, as well!
