Penny will be teaching four Bob Ross Painting classes in January: The 10th, the 17th, the 24th, and on the 31st. Sign up is on the bulletin board in the Clubhouse.

A note from the South 40 office: We seem to be receiving more and more mail addressed to businesses. Sometimes it has a person’s name on it also at which time we can figure out where it goes but sometimes it is just the business name. If you are living at South 40 and will be getting mail addressed to your business, please let the office know so we can mark your mailbox as such.

FEBRUARY WILL BRING OUR CHILI COOK-OFF so grab your hat, your hot sauce and your favorite recipe and join us.
